He is one of the sincerest students of Hadhrat Moulana Sayyid Abul Hasan Hasni Nadvi. He had also a good opportunity to serve him. he has established a Madrasa namely Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami, which aims at preaching Islam all over the world following the foot steps of our forefather especially Hadhrat Moulana Sayyid Abul Hasan ali Miyan Nadvi etc. By the grace of Allah, he laid foundation stone of boys’ school along with girls’ school, with a view to imparting religious education, Arabic language and Islamic culture. So, he needs funds and donations from Muslims in order to complete the requirements of the centre. I hope the donators will help the centre because the rector is really sincere and I pray Allah that He would make all the aims complete. Today I visited Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami at Muzaffarabad (Saharanpur), under which two institutions are working; one is for boys in which students learn the Holy Quran by heart and second one for girls. I listened and observed there which I did not see in any Madrasa travels that one student recited the Holy Quran and other one translate it fluently in both English and in Urdu. Moreover I listened a girl student speaking Arabic language without hesitation. So, I thank qualified sister, the principal of girls’ school, and all other teachers for their hard work. May Allah give all of you a great reward in this life and life after death.

Today on 04th Rabi-Al-Aawwal 1428 Hijri=24th March 2007, Saturday, I got chance to come to Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami at Muzaffarabad (Saharanpur), on the occasion of prizes distributed by Maulana Sayyid Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi Academy and attended the gathering held on social reform with my colleagues. The gathering, by the mercy of Allah, came to an end successfully. Maulana Mufti Masood Sahib, who has good morality and excellent characteristics, is the founder and principal of the Markaz. And it is heading towards glorious success under his umbrella effectively. Separate arrangements for boys and girls and “Nuqoosh-e- Islam” shows rector’s best services and constant diligence and his companions’ as well. Both boys and girls students sowed a good performance which was indeed a clear proof of teachers’ and management’s hard work and attentiveness.
Indeed, this deserted place was urbanized by his regular thoroughness. I pray to Allah Alone to develop the Madrasa by leaps and bounds and to make this village the dazzling light. May its light spread far and wide. May its trace be seen not only in its surroundings but through all India. May Allh save it from every kind of evil. And accept the services of them all. (Ameen)

Today on 04 Sahwwal 1426 we visited Jamia Fatimatuz zahra lil banat and Jamia Imam Abil Hasan managed and run by Maulana Masood Azizi Sahib. On the inaugural function of both institutes, I illuminated Hadees, knowledge of Hadees and its significance.
Masaha’Allah, the building of both Madrasas is well, and system of clean and tidy is also appreciable. In the Madrasa of Banat, the girls are taught up to Fazilat while in the boys’ school, up to five classes. Both Madrasas are run by Maulana Masood Azizi Sahib. May Allah accept both of them in His court, May the Madrasa be a source of success in this life and life after death for the founder, teachers, and well-wishers.

Today on 08 Zil Hijjah 1430, I visited Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami, Muzaffarabad. This visit was paid by the invitation of rector of the Madrasa. I stayed here for hours and observed it closely and attentively and achieved lots of information about the center. On of the most important institutions of the Madrasa is Jamiatul Imam abil Hasan Islamia as well as Jamia Fatimatuzzahra lil banat. Along with “Department of English Language & Literature” was opened two years before that includes just Ulama of grand Madrasas of all India. The arrangement of Madrasa is okay and satisfactory. His principal Maulana Masood Azizi has many aims and he always does efforts and labor to complete them all. (May Allah succeed him) This is really pleasing to run boys’ school and girls’ school within a short period of time. And I hope this Madrasa will improve in a rapid speed. I pray to Allah for it’s over all progress and its assistance and aid from the invisible treasure.

There are two Madarsas, under the chairmanship of Markaz: one for boys students; Jamia Al-Imam Abil Hasan Al-Islamia and other one for girls students; Jamia Fatimatuz Zahra. There are many students in both Madrasas whose responsibility of food and lodge is paid by Markaz. It is researched and published under the Markaz for which a building is being built. But there is difficulties because of lack of expenses, I pray May Allah accept the struggles of Hadhrat Maulana Masood Sahab and May He complete all aims. I also request well thinking people to pay their attentions, because this institute is in need of you. You will be rewarded to help the institute.

I paid visit to Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami along with my dear Maulana Masood Azizi Nadwi. I had been listening about this institute for a long time and had also been studying about it in its interpreter “Nuqush-e-Islam”. Maulana Masood Sahab himself told about establishment of Madarsa and development of education. Having seen, I felt it is a old Madarsa but Maulana told me that it was established only 10 years ago when I knew I was astonished. And there is a Madarsa for girls along with an arrangement of education for boys even with hostels which is permanent headache, but it is dear Masood’s obsequiousness and resolution that he is doing all things. He publishes monthly magazine punctually and the books are being published as it is being automatically by machine, all these are founder’s sincerity. There is a vast part of Akabirs’ special attentions, he keeps in touch with them all the time, he goes himself to them and he understands it his good fortune. Teachers and workers are Maulana’s cogenials.
I wish May Allah give else developments and protect from the envious of envies. Religious education and upbringing for girls is an important demand of the time and a delicate responsibility. In this situation, my dear bore this responsibility on his shoulder which is a kind of Jihad and reward of Jihad is immense. The people thinking well are helping this institute, are also associated in Jihad. May Allah accept it.

I am acquainted to dear brother Janab Maulana Mufti Muhammad Masood Azizi Nadwi (May Allah protect him) from his student life in Nadwatul Ulama. Masha Allah, he was interested in studying and writing. He had written many books during student life, but now Masha Allah, a dozen of book with small or long matters has been written by him and he has achieved homage of compliment. Today I am pleased to visit Markaz. Maulana himself made me observed many classes and deferent kinds of departments of Markaz and told me details about it. There is two years English Diploma course including Arabic classes. I listened to students exercising to speak Arabic. I saw a meritorious, extensive Masjid in Markaz and classes and hostels are according to need. A special separate institute for girls is established in little distance of Markaz. However, I am extremely pleased to see these things and dignity of Maulana’s services was in my heart before, now it further increased. I wish Allah would accept Maulana’s services and his educational and religious struggles and may Allah give best rewards for it.

Today 19th Shawwal 1430-9th Oct 2009, I visited Markazu Ihyail Fikril Islami along with Mufti Rashidullah Bijnori. There are two departments in this institute one for boys named by Jamiatul Imam Abil Hasanil Islamia where 70 students stay in and 6 teachers teach them. It is being taught from one to fifth Arabic class. There is other department for girls, where in it is being taught Arabic one class to Daura-e-Hadith. 180 girl students are getting education in it, 8 girl teachers are teaching. Approximately 250 boys and girls students take the food from the mess of Madarsa.
Respected Maulana, Qari, Mufti Masood Azizi Nadwi is taking care of this vast arrangement. It is he who is founder of both Madarsas. It is education on well process. I am very glad to see these sights. I pray fom the bottom of my heart that may Allah promote Markaz by leaps and bounds and disseminate its munificence, may Allah make it a bright minaret of education and guidance in its provision and may Allah impart his favours and blessing in it. May Allah accomplish all its necessities and accept dear Qari Sahab’s struggles. Amin.
